PA-30 Series is a panel type area flow meter which can measure and indicate without any auxiliary power supply. Attaching onto the panel or installing onto the piping is possible in this structure. This is small in size for utilizing a small space and the measurement range is wide from small to large flow rate.
This is widely used at general industrial sites because it is suitable for measurement of both liquids and gases, simple in structure, and easily installed and repaired, and it can be manufactured with alarm switch added as option.
The connection has pipe thread and when attached onto the panel, external thread of the connection is used. Being in structure suitable for semiconductor facilities, this also can be widely used for chemicals, gases, etc.
