KMSG-1000 Series is an ultra-small thermal mass flow meter using a Thermal Sensor and is a high-precision and durable gas flow meter manufactured by supplementing the Capillary Type MFM, which was vulnerable to foreign substances such as dust and moisture.
The product can be applied not only to various gases distributed in the atmosphere, but also to corrosive gases and difficult gases that are difficult to measure due to their small specific gravity, so it can be applied to industrial sites such as semiconductor industries, gas distribution facilities, pharmaceutical and bio-laboratory processes.
KMSG-1000 Series is durable with no drive and offers a longer lifespan and significantly greater flow rate ratio (100:1) than the mechanical flowmeter. It can also be used in places with high vibration and noise and automatically calibrates temperature and pressure, making it suitable for pipes with irregular field conditions.
